Consultations

In order to best determine your visa options, qualification and timeline, we conduct paid consultations. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our work and the high volume of calls we receive daily, we are unable to offer free consultations.

 

An Immigration Consultation with one of our immigration attorneys lasts up to 1 hour. It can be held in person or over the telephone. For international callers, we also offer consultations via Skype or WhatsApp. During the consultation, we will review your education, employment qualifications and prior immigration history. We will take the time to learn about your long and short term goals. Then, we will discuss visa options and explain the law as it is applicable to you. After going over all of your information and explaining your options, we will give you our recommendation for next steps and best practices. 

 

The fee for an Immigration Consultation with one of our attorneys is $425. We accept payments via credit card, U.S. bank check, or bank transfer. Please note, if you hire us for a petition based application within 30 days of the paid consultation, we will credit the consultation towards your overall legal fees.
